For only 30% commission, YEAH will take your books and sell them for you on consignment.

1. To assist us in planning enough space and people to work at the consignment tables, please contact us ASAP after April 1, 2013:

   1. Cut and Paste the information below and Email it to Amy P. at booksale@ouryeah.org 

   2. Print out the contract below and bring it to The Academy business office on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday before April 24, 2013.

2. Bring your Signed Contracts with your consignment materials upon delivery, as arranged with Amy P..

YEAH Book Sale Consignment Option and Contract

YEAH is offering a consignment option this year as part of its Booksale. The goal is to offer a place to sell a few quality items for those who don’t have enough to fill their own table or for those who are unable to be at the sale. Please carefully read the rules and expectations if you choose to consign any materials:

All consignment merchandise must be current, in good shape, and complete. YEAH Booksale coordinators have the right to refuse anything not considered “salable”. Salable items can include, but would not be limited to: recent edition textbooks, workbooks with no writing in them, literature for students, parenting resources relating to homeschooling, math manipulatives, etc.

1. Email Amy P.  at booksale@ouryeah.org  as early as you can, no later than April 24, 2013. We would like to know approximately the volume you are consigning so we can plan for table space. A brief description of your items is very helpful (and will be included in a sale day flyer if emailed by April 24, 2013), but not necessary. 
2. Attach a 3”x5” index card to each item with blue painter’s tape, and include your name, phone number, name of item being sold, firm price, and any other info/selling points about the item that you wish.
3. Please drop off you items at Bethlehem Baptist Church North Campus, Mounds View (address on main Book Sale page) on Thursday, date TBD from 4:00-6:00 pm or Friday, May TBD from 7:00-8:00 am. Early drop-offs will be considered at another location if needed.
4. Unsold items need to be picked up on Friday, of the book sale,  from 2:00-3:00 at Bethlehem Baptist Church, North Campus. Later pick-ups will be considered at another location if needed. If you choose to donate unsold items, we will take care of that for you.
5. YEAH will mail you a check, minus a 25% commission within 2 weeks of the sale.
6. Please bring this signed contract with your consignment items.
