REGISTRATION FORM FOR YEAH BOOK SALE 2012

We are excited to again sponsor the Book sale. We are making some changes from past sales events to ensure the success of this book sale for both buyers and sellers. In order to do this and to build a good reputation for future sales, please affirm the rules to abide by at the end of this form prior to payment for the event.

Registration begins on April 1st.

We have a two-tier table price schedule based on YEAH membership. Table Rental for YEAH members is $25.00/table - two tables $50.00; for non-members it is $35.00/table - two tables $70.00.

We are continuing with a Consignment Option this year. If you have a box of Saleable books, but cannot come to the sale, we can try to sell them for you. You will need to fill out a standard 3X5 index card with your last name, the name of the book and the price you want. You are to affix this card to the inside front cover of the book with blue painter's tape. YEAH will receive 25% of the selling price. You must contact us if you would like this option and to make arrangements for drop off and pick up. E-mail us at booksale@ouryeah.org, Subject Line: Consignment



RULES TO ABIDE BY. There is a simple YES box to check if you agree to comply with these rules. 1). Only the current or "Saleable" merchandise will be displayed. We reserve the right to remove anything from your table that does not fit this description. If you question whether your merchandise is "Saleable" please contact us at booksale@ouryeah.org, Subject Line: Coordinator. 2). Please have enough merchandise to fill a standard 6' rectangular table. If you do not have enough merchandise, consider splitting a table with another family. You (not YEAH) are responsible for enlisting another family to share the table with you. YEAH does not rent one-half tables. 3). You will have two time slots to set up your table: Thursday May 3rd - between 4:30PM and 6PM OR Friday May 4th between 7AM and 8:30AM. We will have people available to help unload your car on a limited basis. You must have your table arranged and ready to sell at the opening time on Friday - 9AM sharp. We will have people available to help unload your car on a limited basis. 4). You are responsible to collect money for your own items at your table. Please have enough small bills to make change. We will not have change available for you. We are advertising this sale as "cash only". You can take checks but at your Own Risk.
