REGISTRATION FORM: Print this form out and mail with check payable to YEAH at: 5532 Saint Stephen Street, St. Paul, MN 55112-1235.  You may drop your forms off at Event Drop Box at The ACADEMY on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays prior to ski days. If registrations are not received by the Wednesday prior to the Ski Day (at The Academy or in the mail) - please register at-the-door at Trollhaugen on the ski day.  Payment only by cash or check (payable to YEAH) must be received with the registration.
